Meet the Founder

LEVEL11 Advisory was founded by Ghina Itani after more than 20 years leading brand and communications inside organisations across the GCC.

She built communications in the UAE for Majid Al Futtaim Healthcare's City Centre Clinic in Dubai, launched Nation Hospital for Bin Omeir Holding, served as SVP and Middle East Lead at GCI Health (Asda'a BCW), and worked on corporate and strategic communications at ADQ in Abu Dhabi.

Across those years: mergers, crises, launches and growth.

She saw the same pattern again and again. Strong businesses whose story hadn't caught up with who they had become. The strategy was right; nobody could explain it. LEVEL11 Advisory exists to close that gap.

Lebanese by roots and based in the UAE for 15 years, Ghina works in Arabic, English and French, with clients across the region and beyond. A scientist before a strategist, with a degree from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the Lebanese American University, she still approaches every brand the same way: look closely, test, and tell the truth about the result.
